Hey Nika, YAY! What an amazing course! Today is my last day of the Slim4Life Program but the beginning of my long journey with YOGA 😉 I have simply fallen in love with it! I have finally started to eat proper and healthy food and I don’t overeat anymore! I improved my posture and flexibility and I really enjoyed the relaxation and visualization techniques after my busy and active day! Keep doing an excellent work girl as it’s really WORTH IT!

For the last few years I have been thinking that Yoga consists of slow and boring relaxing exercises that will only make me sleepy. The first time I saw Nika’s Slim4Life Program videos I was intrigued. I soon found out that her lessons aren’t boring and are easy to follow, therefore I have decided to give it a try.

I just want to express my thanks for the fantastic course that Nika designed. Having recently moved to London and with an ever increasing workload, I found I had difficulty fitting in my Yoga practice around my new schedule. This course has really helped me find a better balance, as I can now practice Yoga anytime, anywhere!

The Slim4Life Program is designed beautifully, allowing me to understand, learn and practice yoga more effectively. The lessons are taught in an easy-to-understand-and-do manner.

Over the last three months I didn’t realize how hard I had been working, and I also hadn’t recognized the significant and positive changes the course has made to my appearance and life. Not only has my body taken on a more toned shape but areas that I have spent years trying to work on with other forms of exercise are finally taking the right shape. I have also improved my posture, increased flexibility, boosted my self-confidence and more importantly – I’m eating my way to a healthier lifestyle with Nika’s easy hints and tips!

I have attended many different yoga classes both in Poland and England, but this home-based slimming Yoga practice is certainly my favorite. I would recommend this course to anyone who wants to lose weight as well as transform their life for the better – taking into consideration the physical, mental and spiritual aspects.I started off as a chubby yoga part timer but with Nika’s help, I have become a fit yoga enthusiast! And I’m not the only one practicing Yoga with your home study course – my friends who have seen the positive changes in me have now joined me for my practices!

When I found the Slim4life program I was in a tight spot of my life. I have been going to gyms and working out at least 4 times a week for 30 years but about 3 years ago it became increasingly difficult to fit it in to my life. Going to the gym requires 3 hours which was something I could not spare anymore. I was so pressed for time that I could feel I was entering a depression. In the end I gave up and canceled my membership. But instead of feeling relieved and enjoying more free time I started feeling even more miserable. I tried exercising on my own at home, but it did not really work. I became stressed and my ability to cope with all I had to do was declining rapidly.

Then an ad for Slim4life dropped from heaven and in to my in-box. I have always been doing some yoga poses to stretch and calm down but not really gotten in to it. This was my chance. I could follow a course and do it at home!! Perfect.

I ordered it right away, downloaded and started on my terrace at 5am the next morning. Stiff as a piece of wood, sweating and aching. But having fun! I loved it from the first minute.

What I really like about the program is that it is put together in a way that feels so natural. It did not take long before I was able to do it anywhere, any time, on my own away from the screen. By now, the program is so much a part of me that I take my mat with me on vacations and weekend trips and send Nika a “thank you for having put this together” with each “child pose”.

I recommend the Slim4life program to everyone, but especially to people are busy and weighed down by too many duties. It does not take long to do. It changed my body, my attitude, my stamina, my posture, my flexibility…the list is long. But the biggest and most valuable effect is, for me, that it keeps me centered and poised off the mat, too. It gives me an inner balance and flexibility that can not be bought for money.

Now, a year later, the only regret I have is that I did not “meet” Nika 30 years ago! But off course, she wasn’t even born yet, then. :)I send Nika a big hug, once again, for having created this and so much more! Thanks Nika!

I’ve always been very active in different sports but suffered from lower back problems and found trying to touch my toes a very challenging feat. As a result, for years I was keen to take up yoga to improve my flexibility and strengthen my core muscles, but despite trying out classes in several different countries, I couldn’t find one that got me hooked…until I moved to Malaysia and met Nika.

Nika’s classes are a fantastic workout and a lot of fun. Nika is a brilliant teacher – she is patient and knowledgeable, and very effective at introducing slightly more challenging stretches, just when you think you’ve mastered the previous set! One of the attributes I appreciate most is her ability to explain what each stretch, or combination of stretches, is aiming to achieve.

After 8 weeks of classes with Nika I began to notice considerable changes in my flexibility and strength of my abs. I found my back hurt less and my performance in other sports, such as squash, improved as well! One of the best things about yoga and the routines Nika teaches is that you can do them on your own. I’ve since moved back to London but have made one big change in my life – I now incorporate yoga into my weekly routine and feel so much better for it.

I urge you to take the challenge. Once you’re hooked, there’s no going back!

I started taking classes with Nika with the idea of getting some exercise and hopefully some weight loss. I wasn’t all too convinced at first because the movements seemed quite slow. But after taking classes with Nika, I began to feel the effects of it. Thanks to Yoga with Nika my lifestyle changed completely: I became more aware of my body, I started eating healthy food and exercising more.

Today I do Yoga, I go to the gym regularly, I eat healthy food and never overeat and the results are amazing – 18 months of the Yoga practice helped me to lose 43 kg and build a healthy habits for a lifetime. It’s like being born again!

I work a 60-hour week and would come home from work on most days feeling tired and sluggish. My eating habits were inconsistent. I just felt plain unfit. But all that has changed now. I have been practicing yoga with Nika twice a week for the last few months and I can already see a significant improvement.

Firstly, Yoga has helped me to tone up big-time! My body feels lighter and more energetic. I am able to stretch and do the kinds of poses that I never imagined myself to be doing 4 months ago. Secondly, it has helped me to lose weight. (Oh yes….and a reduced waistline too!) The sun salutations and breath of fire are particularly my favorites.

Amongst other noticeable changes, my eating habits have improved. I don’t crave unhealthy food anymore. My skin glows!

I started yoga practice with Nika earlier this year and have not looked back since. I feel fit, healthier, stronger, calmer and what my non-yoga-practicing friends call annoyingly jovial (yes, I am upbeat for a whole lot of the time). I have learned to breathe properly and it helps keeping my mind relaxed and focused. I sleep better too.

I used to feel like I was dying just climbing up the stairs at work, but now I practically bounce up – no problem. I’m not complaining that my clothes happen to fit better as well.

What I like about the practice with Nika is that despite making me sweat like I’ve just ran a marathon and turning me into a human pretzel in the process, she does it in her gentle manner, and with a smile as well. I mean, how can you not love going to her class?

I’ve been doing Yoga with Nika for the last 6 months and I am extremely satisfied with her classes for at least 3 reasons.

Thanks to her classes Yoga became part of my lifestyle. I’ve always felt that I’m a bit too chubby but never felt that sweating out in the gyms or strict diets is something that would really work for me. Yoga with Nika is something extremely relaxing but it brings all the slimming results you want!

Second, the flow of her classes has everything in it you need to relax, breathe properly, stretch and burn some calories. I have attended couple of Yoga classes in the past but I was never consistent. I fell in love with yoga again because of NIKA. She is pleasant, well experienced and teaches varieties of poses which keeps me coming back fro classes week after week.
